Kindly apply necessary caution during your checkout process to verify items in your basket as orders properly completed are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. This especially applies to online payment.
All products except books and underwear can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order, except in the following cases:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items not returned in the condition it was received
- Any item damaged in the customer’s custody
We do our best to ensure that items are shipped in perfect condition. However, there are cases whereby the item may be damaged during transit, have a manufacturing defect or is different from what you ordered owing to a packing error.
In the cases specified above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of item is made within the 7 day time-frame after delivery.

Skit.ng will refund customers based on the below cases
- Unavailability of product ordered
- If after confirming an order and it is not shipped on time to the customer, then we will refund if the customer demands.
- Refunds are processed within 2-5 working days after processing confirmation
